Travelin' With Baby - Farm Rich {Sponsor Spotlight}

This summer we traveled 10 days through 9 states and over 3000 miles. After spending over 8 hours in the car with 5 children we decided our first night of traveling that we need a quick and easy meal.  So we found a nearby grocery store and used our Farm Rich coupons to get Farm Rich Mozzarella Bites.  The mozzarella bites are made with 100% mozzarella cheese surrounded by authentic pizza crust. They are bite sized and microwaveable which was actually the kind of meal we needed.

We also chose Mini Pizza Slices The Mini Pizza slices are made with 100% real mozzarella cheese, whole pepperoni slices and classic marinara sauce enveloped in authentic pizzeria style crust.

After microwaving both items, we mixed them all together on one plate and the kids feasted! The kids approved and everyone was happy because after traveling and unloading we had a fast, easy kid friendly meal.  Farm Rich will be giving one lucky reader 2 coupons valued at $6.99 each to try Farm Rich products themselves in the Travelin' with Baby Hop October 10-24th.

Live Clean Baby Review

Live Clean Baby sent us a box full of Live Clean Baby products.  We were thrilled be able to take the Tearless Shampoo and Body Wash, Moisturizing Baby Lotion and Diaper Ointment on vacation with us.  As a parent of 5 children the two things I have learned while traveling: 1. The hotel never provides enough bath products for a family of 7.  2. The hotel does not provide products made especially for a baby's delicate skin.

Live Clean Baby is formulated to put a Mom's worries at ease and gentle enough to be used on baby's and children's delicate skin needs.  Live Clean Baby is free of preservatives used to extend the shelf life commonly known as Parabens and other harsh preservatives, as well as chemicals commonly used to make fragrances last longer or phthalates.  Live Clean Baby  does not use animal ingredients in its formulas. The collection does not use testing on animals, either.

I love the clean fresh smell of Live Clean Baby products and the fact that they are value priced starting at $7.99.  Live Clean baby is available exclusively at Walgreens, the nation’s largest drugstore chain with more than 8,000 stores across the country as well as online at Walgreens.com.

Handmade with Care By KellyLynn Review and Giveaway

Handmade With Care By KellyLynn sent me Honey Oatmeal Soup, Coconut Lemongrass Lip Balm and Coconut Lemongrass Body Butter to review.

I was immediately impressed by the care in KellyLynn's packaging.  She uses muslin bags and green recycled paper wrap and even included a hand written note.  All of her ingredients are organic and she takes great care in making each item herself.  She started making her own body products for her children ages 9 and 5 months, because she was sick of all the bad ingredients used in the store bought products.

The fragrance that came out of these containers are amazing!  I am seriously addicted to the Coconut Lemongrass Body scrub.  I can not get enough of that scent!  I smells so yummy you almost want to eat it!  It is that good!  It really absorbs and moisturizes nicely into my skin.

I love applying the Lip Balm at bedtime.  Handmade With Care's Lip Balm is amazing!  It's moisturizing effects last the entire night.  I love waking up to soft, supple lips.

Handmade With Care By KellyLynn's Honey Oatmeal soap provides you with natural cleansing power.  I love its pure feel.  It is gentle, but the oatmeal adds just the right amount of exfoliating.  Click here to see her body products and use the coupon code review20 to receive 20% off through Sunday(6-17)  KellyLynn is celebrating 100 likes with a giveaway below.

Immuno-Viva Renew Anti-Aging Serum Review/Giveaway

When I first received the bottle of immuno-viva renew Anti-Aging serum, the first thing I did was look at the list of ingredients: cranberry seed oil, red raspberry seed oil, sunflower seed oil, black cumin seed oil, mixed tocopherols (fat soluble anti-oxidants), rosemary extract and natural fragrance.  It was so refreshing to see a list of ingredients that I could not only pronounce, but actually knew.

When I first opened the bottle of immuno-viva Anti-Aging Serum, I was struck by the wonderful aroma.  You could just smell the goodness of nature waifing out of the bottle.  It smelled so organic.

I applied the serum both AM & PM.  The instructions say you can do one or both.  After applying the immuno-viva renew Anti-Aging Serum I immediately felt my skin soaking the serum up.  It had instant hydrating effects.  After using the immuno-viva renew Anti-Aging Serum for a week I could visibly notice the evening of my skin tone. Some other uses of the immuno-viva renew Anti-Aging Serum are: wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, uneven skin tone, dehydrated skin and under eye dark circles.  I was a little nervous about using a serum, but was happy to find that it left no greasy residue and left my skin very supple.

The immuno-viva renew Anti-Aging Serum is made by utilizing the Cold Press ProcessThe Cold Press Process gently presses & separates the plant seeds into oils without the use of heat or chemicals thus retaining the serum's ingredients in the most pure natural form.

MG Baby (Maci Grace) Cloth Diaper Review

Babyhalfoff.com sent us an MG (Maci Grace) pocket diaper to review.

My first impressions were that I:
* Love the rainbow snaps on the black
*The inners are made of Super Soft Fleece. I prefer this material for the inners for the stay dry feel it provides my babies.
*It came with two 4 layer bamboo inserts.
*It snaps down to a tiny size.
* The wing tabs can snap criss-crossed

The colorful snaps as described above.
The super soft inner along with the two 4-layer bamboo inserts.
A picture of the MG Baby tabs criss-crossed which allow for a great fit for a skinny baby. I have not come across this feature in other snapping cloth diapers. But as a Mom to a long and lean girl, I can appreciate this capability.
This is the MG Baby diaper completed snapped to the smallest settings.  The tiny size coupled with the trim bamboo insert should make MG Baby a a one size diaper that could truly be used from newborn on up.
The first thing I did was prep the bamboo inserts by boiling them for 20 minutes.  I then washed and dried them. I have never used bamboo so I was excited to see how it would preform for my 9 month super soaker.

Once prepped, Brooke was ready to put MG Baby to the test.  Since I have never used bamboo before I decided to try it with both inserts. And even with both inserts in, the diaper had an ultra trim fit.  There should not be any issues with bulkiness or MG Baby not fitting under jeans. I was most impressed with the fact that Brooke wore this diaper for 4 hours straight and not a single leak or bit of dampness on the outside of the diaper.  In fact, when I took off her MG Baby and pulled out the inserts to check the absorbency, the back 1/4 of both inserts were still dry.  I could not believe that after that long the inserts were not completely saturated.  This heavy wetting baby and Mom duo can not wait to get our hands on some more of these awesome MG Baby diapers!

Stonyfield YoToddler Review

We were able to sample Stonyfield's YoToddler with other Moms.  We tried the YoBaby Yogurt, YoToddler Yogurt and the YoKids Greek Yogurt.  Hands down the children preferred the Greek Yogurt.  It was a texture thing and they just preferred the "thicker" yogurt.  The Greek YoKids was Strawberry flavored . I believe this also contributed to it being a favorite as far as flavor.  After sampling, we also blended some up into smoothies and that was a huge hit, as well.  Moms loved the fact that Stonyfield's yogurt is made with Organic Whole Milk.  I would prefer there to be less sugar in them, but it is less than other yogurts on the market.  I also loved that I was able to pronounce all the ingredients on the label.  I believe if you can't recognize or pronounce something on a label you better think twice about ingesting it.  We will definitely purchase this yogurt in the future.
